I dont even fully agree with any of the things you ask. (well killing Scare I have less doubts about, but still some) So these answers are more me reasoning in case one choice has to be made. 1. Plum has that 'almost too random for scum' thing going on. 2. Scare's logic for shooting when he did was questionable. 3.
