I usually got my stuff within a week but after 3 weeks without it arriving I emailed the guy to see what was up. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything back so I sent another email. Still no reply, so I sent one final email just asking him to reply and tell me what was up and said if he didn't I'd have no choice but to file a complaint with Paypal. Glad to hear that worked out for you! Gives me some hope that PayPal will side with me after the hassle.
