Would that hold up?

Say Sinestro is going bananas and has a plan to take over the world or something.

Him and Superman are having a big fight where they throw each other around.

You're heading to work or back from work or something when to your horror you see Superman lift your car above your head like it was a basketball and toss it right at Sinestro.

Your car sails through air, smacks Sinestro in the chops, then sends it and him crashing to the floor with an explosive thud. Wrecking both your car and Sinestro entirely.

I mean Superman just saved the day, but he also destroyed your car. I don't think your insurance is going to cover that.

Could you take him to court or would the circumstances make it not hold up?

And then what happens if Superman just doesn't turn up? Not like the court knows his real identity.
