So the question I always ask then, is if the breed has nothing to do with it, what is so unique about the demographics of people buying pit bulls that cause them to be uniquely bad at raising dogs right? Saying it's not the breed doesn't actually fix the problem of all of these pitbull attacks. It's the equivalent of somebody responding to a demand to legislate assault rifles with a "well actually, you know there is no official designation for assault rifle" and then claiming the debate is over.

Your post didn't address what I posted at all.
It is 100% a fact that laws based on dog breed simply don't work.
The science all supports that conclusion.
Did you mean to quote me?

I don't claim to know what will solve the issue, or how things might change.
I know some things that would help (requiring all dogs outside of licensed breeders to be spayed/neutered, requiring obedience training, mandatory classes for owners, etc).

But your post doesn't refute observable fact.
