Topic	Should pit bulls (aka American Staffordshire Bull Terriers) be illegal to own?

Legally requiring education, physical walking tests with adult dogs and a license to own pitbulls and other dangerous dogs breeds should be no problem for you "good owners" out there. Some rules like this exist for pitbulls in some places in the US, we just need them expanded and to include all states.
