Which isn't a problem, because we're ethically poly. In fact, she literally encouraged me to get with a classmate (who happens to look a bit like Courtney Barnett, who is extremely hot, FYI) and I joked that if I had sex with her she would want me to tell her every detail.

Because she totally would, the fucking weirdo that she is. And I would tell her, because I tell her everything. To the extent that my enby coworker, before talking about their latest drama a while back, went, "And it's okay to tell your girlfriend, I just kind of assume I'm confiding in both of you."

Ah. I see. When you say "likely", is that because you just don't want to prod? At what point would you get to know for sure what it is? Seems important in the longrun.

But yeah, if someone is super close to their S.O., I always figure whatever my friend/family knows about me, their S.O. might know. Which is 100% fine and Im comfortable with. I trust them to defend me if their S.O. gets it twisted lol
