Topic	What was your 2022 highlight?

I was an assistant manager before, and I explained I was taking this GM position with no pay increase, and people here said I was being used. Working at my current store, a hole in the wall, I have less work to do than being an assistant at the much busier, more important store I was at before. My mental health has improved significantly. I have less to worry about. I don't have to worry about people(Other than district manager) telling me what to do when often times its a half dozen/6 situation...all kinds of things.
