One is to learn how to cook a new thing every month based on cookbooks I've been gifted over the years (sushi, ramen, lasagna, and a Bob's burger cookbook). Another is to watch all the Pixar films (I chose Pixar since I've heard good things about them and because there will be 27 films by the end of the year, which means I can watch one every two weeks and it works out perfectly from 1/1 to 12/31). I'm not much of a movie-watcher, especially at home, so this is actually somewhat of a "challenge" for me. You have seen 0 Pixar films? --- "Oh, you think lag is your ally. You merely adopted lag.
