Birds and butterflies.

You'll see plenty of animals of all kinds, at least mammals, just fascinated by anything that can fly. There's a reason one of the most recurring wishes of mankind since antiquity was to gain the power of flight. But you can find tons of vids of cats just fascinated by flying animals and not even in a predator way but a "omg what's that" way, or baby elephants chasing birds and just being excited that the birds fly away at the provocation. And barn animals can also be pretty interested in things like bird calls and the fancy colors of them.
