What, pray tell, are your arguments for giving birth at home rather than in a hospital? So the doula/midwife/nurse/accredited obstetrician can finally max out their achievements list?

Home births are lovely, unless there are complications (not to worry anyone). Our attitude was always better safe than sorry.

Both of ours came out like they were on rails, but plenty of people we know have had complications.

A birthing pool or (doorway?) home north cant help with complications. Then you just need to get an ambulance and hope time is on your side.

So yes. Hospital births. Kakapo approved.
Honestly I am not sure why I said at home I meant to put standing up. I apologize I am probably just tired. I mean the rest of it was about standing up, I am very confused by that at home. Again I apologize.
