This is a much more complex question to answer than you might think.

Out of the options you listed, The Room is very easily my favorite, but I don't, like... LIKE it. It's enjoyable to make fun of, especially with friends while drunk. And I know of people who have tried to get a RHPS-esque trend going with it, which I also think would be fun. But it's not a film that I get the urge to just sit down and watch, or watch for comfort or anything. Freddy Got Fingered would be another film that falls into this category for me.

A few films that ARE comfort movies for me that have "rotten" scores on RT are Billy Madison, Bullet Train and Club Dread. I do enjoy those movies a lot, and if I need something to laugh at after a tough week or something like that, they are among my go-tos. But despite their mixed/poor reviews, I don't think they are BAD films. I think each one accomplishes what it was supposed to be. Two of them clearly weren't meant for critics, and Bullet Train must have just missed the mark with them (the audience score is much, much better). Not sure if they are my absolute top 3 "rotten" movies, but they're probably pretty close.

An example of a movie that I think is a legitimately not-good film but I find amusing and actually do just have the urge to sit down and watch once every 5-10 years or so would be Employee of the Month.
