The people making fun of her looks is more justified to me than someone being made of for their body because it's entirely her choice. When I hear people call someone bald in a derogatory way I feel that's hurtful because they didn't have control over that. Yeah, screw them for not .... trying harder to have hair? Same with height insults. If you get giant gauges, tattoos all over your body, piercings and wear bizarre clothing that is all stuff you chose, you want to look like that.
