(First Reaction: Isn't this a remix from the dancing game rather than the original P4? This feels a lot snazzier than it did last time I played through Persona 4... not that it really matters.)

[Final Thoughts: I'm still not sure if you meant to post the Persona 4 Dancing remix or not, but I prefer this version anyway. It doesn't bring to mind anything specific, but it's incredibly stylish and cool, so I really like it. Pretty neat sax playing here as well, which is always a plus.]

(First Reaction: The chill vibe is quite nice and it does the job of being a very tame & easy rap song to get into, but I don't find any aspect of the song especially gripping. Without a real hook or a lyric to get fixated on, it's just nice--something I feel positive towards, but not positive enough to really glomp onto.)

!I really enjoy the backing track on this song & the general vibe, but the chorus basically just repeats one line over and over & I still can't find any particular lyrics that I'm especially drawn to. It's a good song and I like it, but... yeah.

[Final Thoughts: It's arguably worth noting that this the music video version of the song that was nominated is slightly abridged and cuts out a minute thirteen from the full song:

Though that link censors the word bitch, so it's also not exactly complete either... but the sound quality on any uncensored link I can find is inferior, soo... shrug emoji?

Oddly, I don't have a real opinion on the extra verse that was removed. It's fine? I don't mind listening to it, but I don't think the song is any worse without it. Its existence or non-existence has no tangible effect on anything.

Aaaanywho...., the backing track on this song is so great that I'm going to go ahead and move this up to the "like" tier.

Also, while it doesn't have any impact on anything, I'm not as into this particular pool table. There's never a good look at it, as someone's always bopping around in front of the camera and obstructing the view. It also has a very subdued color palette so the table doesn't really "pop" on camera during its brief appearances. I appreciate using the video to keep the joke going, but in terms of "pool table video quality" this might be the lowest scoring of pool tables thus far?]

!There's a stronger emotional connection I feel with this song than usual for her music, making this easily one of her best songs & a standout that I really like. I'm still not entirely positive why it's so much stronger, but I suppose I don't need to know why..

[Final Thoughts: Definitely one of the hardest hitting tracks I've heard from her, even if I can't really explain the connection I'm feeling towards it.]

It feels like her voice is more powerful and resonant here, but that could just be my imagination and I can't find any specific aspect or lyric I'm drawn to. It's one of those where I really like it and lack anything more concrete to say than "really like".]

Jokes aside, I do generally like the song and its message--perhaps I'm more willing to listen to this message than i was with certain other songs dealing with similar topics--but I could really live without the "We found beautiful babies sleeping in our ribs" refrain.)

!Metaphorical medicine and memes about it aside, I like the soft and subdued sound of the song.

[Final Thoughts: It's a good song with a generally good message (i'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and not accuse him of criticizing people that do need medication), but some of the metaphors aren't really clicking with me and I'm enjoying most of the "Kinda Like" tier a bit more than this. Though it is a good song.]
