I donno, but maybe because ultimately I don't want to hurt anyone. The woman last night was definitely feeling me (hence the sex) and we had some deep conversation. But I'm still trying to figure things out and if I end up pursuing someone else (i.e. other dates), just don't want to put someone in a situation that could hurt their feelings in the slightest.

Though yes, I get the dating game. It's rough and unless you are literally in a relationship, shit is generally fair game. But it doesn't mean people can't be hurt in that.
