Considering that skirmishes scale to Alear's level, it might actually be better to have Alear slightly underleveled compared to the rest of your squad to make grinding (if you need to) a bit easier. But of course, not too underleveled to the point where keeping Alear alive and avoiding a game over becomes a chore. I think the issue Im having is my OP units like Ivy and Merrin are just taking over the battlefields lol.
