Chloe
Griffin knight or mage knight
Her magic growth is higher than her attack as these and so you'll either wanna give them stuff to increase her build so she can use a magic lance or magic sword, or use engravings to make sure her killer lances and spears are light enough that she can use them. A great emblem is Leif because she won't get broken and her evasion lets her safely survive a bow encounter or two. If she can't have weapon advantage because the opponent is at 2 range Leif makes her swap to a 2 range weapon so you'll counter as well. Plus with her crit rate you get some nice bonuses to his weapon variety.

Yunaka
Thief with Corrin emblem is her best option. She can create fog around her which gives her +30 evade. And her unique skill adds crit +15 while under a terrain effect. And knives have great crit rates and deal damage with continuous attacks and that stacks when she doubles, even on enemies with huge defense stats. And it also stays in effect on bosses with multiple hp bars. Speaking of which, dragonic hex helps melt enemy stats when they do survive. And that also means her crit rate goes up. Engravings should be ones like the last one you'll get access to in the game or Corrin for extra crit and a little extra power on the weapon. Ranks 1-4 of upgrades on knives give +2 weapon might so functionally that's +4 damage each time you double at minimum. Also if you give her lunar brace as an inherited skill from Eirika you basically get free damage even on heavy knights per attack.

Lapis
Hero or wolf knight with swords imo. Her growths favor crit classes with good attack and hero has lower crit but better overall bulk and damage. Best emblems are ones like Byleth (12 luck makes it so you're basically never getting crit by non killer weapons even without dodge investment) and Eirika. Ike gets an honorable mention but he's better on units like Alfred if he didn't get Sigurd already. Basically, either use her for defending and support like Byleth (she's great with all his weapons, especially fists) or if you want her to be a frontline unit you'll want to boost her damage potential while having access to some self healing through Ephraim via Eirika.
