And we all know what murky territory that is lately. And the big thing here was Kyle was a suspect of a crime he didn't commit. The first guy he killed chased him down and cornered him in a parking lot. There was clear video evidence of this. It was open and shut self-defense. Even if Anthony truly believed Kyle committed murder because he attacked someone who by the letter of the law was innocent.
