I'm caught up and I'll never swallow the pill that Nami is stronger than Usopp. Not to say Nami isn't strong, but Usopp has so much more versatility and creativity. His issue is his author doesn't give much time to him, same with Chopper.

I 100% agree.

Also, I know quanitity of fights doesn't necessarily indicate power level, but it does show us more glimpses into their abilities. The fact is, where I'm at now, Ussop has had WAY more fights, and we've gotten to see that, when his back is really against the wall, and by all rhyme and reason SHOULD lose and/or die, he can pull through. When he's got nothing left, he always manages to pull out one last trick or rally and beat his opponent, even if they're way stronger than him.

Nami's had 2 fights so far. Both were played up for jokes, and both of them she really struggled, especially her first real one back in Albasta. Overall she's a MUCH more capable and well-rounded character, but when it comes strictly to being able to win fights, Ussop has her beat by a lot.

Also I do really wish Chopper had more screen time, I love the little dude.

My current ranking of the current crew, from favorite to least favorite:
Zoro
Chopper
Luffy
Nami
Robin
Ussop
Sanji

But I do love all of them, including Sanji.
