For example do Catgirls perhaps not have the same power or privilege held by the general human populace, that humans have as the result of a constitution, statute, regulation, judicial precedent?

We also have to explore the Sociological aspects as well, what non-discriminatory behaviors do Humans enjoy that Catgirls do not? For example, they might be discriminated against more in the sense of being listened to by the public at large.

I would say, last, but in no terms least... What biological aspects have an effect on Catgirls, that perhaps do not happen to humans and what safety measures are in place, legally and morally that makes them allow the same freedoms as humans. By that, I mean Cats go into season, and what measures are in place so that this is dealt with in an understanding manner, and how is this viewed by the public at large? Would it be alright for a human to engage in sexual relations when a Catgirl is in heat, or would this be viewed as taking advantage?
