Yep that is the episode I mentioned in my post if you had bothered to read it. Doctor Cassandra Spellcraft created an invisibility pill that turned her and her husband invisible. She used her invisibility to release all supervillains from Gothan State Penetentiary (Arkham Asylum didn't exist until 1974). At the end of the episode Batman, Robin and Batgirl only won the fight after Batman used a spray to turn of the lights and fought in the dark. ~~The episode is called The Entrancing Doctor Cassandra.~~ --- All your base are belong to us.
