Yeah sex is mostly about confidence, which is why the concept of virginity is so silly, cuz it's something you have once, and it unlocks your ability to get it on a regular basis.

Unless you see people who are like fattening or haven't worked out, but they dress nice, and their significant other is so much more attractive. Like what, you think they're not fucking somehow? No judgment if not, to be sure, perfectly possible to have a healthy relationship without regular sex.

There are literally infinite reasons for a person to lack confidence in themselves too. And the whole stigma about virginity cements that further, or occasionally becomes the cause where the victim is then further ostracized as if they were the cause. Truly victim blaming at its finest
