Though I hadn't heard of either of them, the two movies were apparently released within a year or two of one another. They're very different plots though. One is a film about a bookworm getting revenge on dirt cops and the other is about a musician slowly becoming tempted with bloodlust. Bloodthirsty is better even if it's super obvious that neither woman is actually gay. ("Mmm... I love kissing your hair. I love kissing the air three inches away from your lips. Oooh, I'm so hot for your bangs right now.") Ginger Snaps teased that the protagonist was bisexual. Did any of the sequels ever go anywhere with that? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
