Nacli produced rock salt that humans eat.
Toedscool is described as having flaps that fall from its body, which are chewy and very delicious.
Veluza discards its spare flesh to boost its agility, which regenerates, so it's not an issue for Veluza. The spare flesh is described as having a mild but delicious flavor.
Klawf's claws are used for cooking.
Shuckle hides under rocks, keeping its body concealed inside its shell while eating stored berries. The berries mix with their body fluids to become juice. Shuckle's juice is delicious.

Sharpedo used to be endangered due to its dorsal fin being considered a delicacy to many.
Crabrawler has boxing glove-like pincers that don't have too much meat inside them. However, the meat that is inside is considered delicious. Alolans are waltzing down shorelines, ripping pincers off of Crawbrawlers.
Basulin is a "common food source" and "meat of red-striped Basculin is on the fatty side".
Seadra are just kind of being killed to make different medicines.
Clauncher's pincers fall off over time and they taste great.
Crawdaunt is known to have been feasted upon in the past. Until it evolved a terrible smell.
