| hockeybub89 02/20/23 8:12:54 PM #73: | The original argument was that knowingly giving money to established awful people for something as pointless as video game shows you don't care for the people those bad actors harm. Giving money to video game companies that Saudi Arabia or China are involved in fits that bill. "Anyone can buy stock" and "We have to participate in society" don't seem particularly meaningful to that argument. They are countries that do harm and individual video games are not needed to participate in society or to continue playing video games.
