Tagging along was King Shark, and the pair discovered a survivor of a Society submarine crash, not-so-freezing but certainly starving as she bided her time. This was a villain named Hot Take. Ultimately, the pair knocked her out on Minerva's instructions to return Hot Take to ZZ for interrogation. Along the way, they also began to have a real heart-to-heart, where Minerva was baring her soul to Nanaue. It was such a tender moment... until Minerva smelled literal blood in the water and discovered that during her entire monologue, King Shark had dismembered Hot Take (who was a lava-based villain) and had started eating her.
