Right on. I haven't been to a metal show for a while.

I used to go into the city for shows all the time when I was younger, but these days I only go a few times a year and it's usually for punk shows. I still love metal though.

I wouldn't even go to maybe 1/10th of as many shows as i do if i didn't live in Milwaukee and within 5 miles of both small venues that host a lot of local and small touring bands (Mainly X-Ray Arcade and Cactus Club), big halls that host Mid-Major touring bands (The Rave/Turner Hall) and the largest arena in the upper midwest (Fiserv Forum)

If i lived even 20-30 miles out into the sticks i doubt i would have even gotten into live music.
