People are struggling financially around the globe, with the cost of living ever rising. You pipe up about buying a 65 grand watch like its nothing, of course people will react negatively.

Oh and when I bought the last one and got overwhelmingly positive responses, all positive for what I remember. It was at the height of the pandemic. People were even more depressed and fucked compared to now. Lockdowns, no jobs, no salary, rent had already been at a high.

Don't pretend like I could have foreseen this context in today's climate. If people are sensitive about wealth, ignore the topic, move on. But the responses here were something else.

You genuinely believe I did something wrong and insensitive to the poor CEman. If anything, your reaction is an insult to people here. I'd wager most people have the ability to not click the topic. You though, you really had to try to shame me. That's what I meant with pathetic behaviour.
