Technically, the rules forbid any posters who made no posts in 2022 from entering. At the same time, I am not an encyclopedia of CEers, and there's bound to be an occasional misstep from me from time to time. In any future cases, I would simply disqualify the poster, and the other would get a free win, if the non-2022 CEer was winning. In this case, it appears we are safe from that anyways.
