Just like in America for years before marriage equality, however, most regular people support it/don't discriminate against LBTQ+ people. It's just crusty ass old men in politics who want "traditional values" or whatever so the working class can keep pumping out wage slaves for them to make use of. Homosexuals are not having kids anyway and keeping them from marrying won't change that.
