Are you really not able to grasp the difference between roasting an actor and making a joke about someones lack of hair due to a condition?

Roasting requires walking a fine line, its like an actual art people need actual comedy chops to do well without crossing the line. Chris Rock crossed the line, clearly, or he wouldnt have got smacked in the damn face.

So if your excuse is its a roast youre just admitting Chris Rock is bad at the only thing hes supposedly good at. (Given the quality of the humor in the clip in the OP, thats a reasonable assumption.)
