Topic	Im reading about Complex PTSD and I see myself in it a alot. Anyone with CPTSD?

But Id be wary if you're not just being convinced of something not the case, because she has preconceived notions. Again tho. This is Im all up to you. Im just here to say therapists get it wrong and have their own biases from experience. Don't let them make you feel like a victim, if you feel like you're not one. Id say give it time to sit with both perspectives.
