I barely count Tentacool & Tentacruel or the Tower of Terror as banned, since they were included in syndication in my childhood and have long since been unbanned (not to mention banning them was pointless to begin with since Tower of Terror was only banned for the name and the offending scene in T&T was literally left in the opening theme of every single season 1 episode).

So with that in mind it's between Porygon and Dratini and I just barely give the nod to Porygon. It's a decently entertaining episode and it's a shame what happened with it, obviously because it's bad that it happened but also it's a perfectly fine season 1 episode that otherwise had nothing objectionable in it.
