Find a short curb, like where the sidewalk meets a crosswalk, a couple of inches of elevation difference.

Put your toes on the curb, then lift yourself up and down at the ankles for a bit, like going on tiptoes.

Try to do it slowly, smoothly, and with as full a range of motion as you can.

Ideally you want from your heels to a little before your toes to be hanging off the edge but not touching the ground.

Just keep running.
Either go a little further or a little faster each day.
Don't worry about overall times and speed until you have been running consistently for month or so.
Man, I haven't thought about it like that.
