One more thing. I'm pretty sure including non-season 1 episodes would only be two more episodes. There's another one with Jynx in late Johto story line, around the time they're at the ice cave, and then much much later they banned an episode from the Sun and Moon series became Ash dressed as Passimian using dark face paint.

The other banned episodes never aired anywhere so you can't really have seen them. There's one in Advanced that permanently saw earthquake and similar moves banned and thus there's never an explanation for why Ash is traveling to that city of the final gym. Then two episodes of Black and White for similar reasons that unfortunately meant Team Plasma was not introduced until post Pomemon League. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but some have also just been delayed.

Oh and the dub skipped some clip shows or something, but that's hardly a ban.

There are a couple more episodes that have been permanently removed from reruns and DVD due to Jynx in her original design. The Lorelei ("Prima") one and the showboat one.
