There is 100% validity to Egyptian leadership more interested in preserving their name and hiding information and artifacts that prove otherwise. Similar thing happened with the Dead Sea scrolls. They belonged to a Harvard biblical scholar who later turned out to be anti-semitic. He sat on them for fifty years and only released bits and pieces to the outside world as part of his studies. It was easy for him to be the foremost scholar on the Dead Scrolls since he was the only one who could see them. Then one of his students was able to smuggle out comprehensive images of the scrolls in the early 80s. The guy who brought them to the outside world is hailed as a hero in the archeology community. --- "But who prays for Satan?
