Nope as that's not my responsibility. It's also still not true the employer isn't federally required to pay the difference if their wage (after tips) doesn't at minimum meet minimum wage.

It also doesn't change there other jobs who don't get tips who work worse jobs with worse pay given all they do and the hours they work. You thinking the waitress works the most devastating job ever doesn't magically make me forget other worse jobs that suck do actually exist.
