Topic	Teep's topic got me thinking...WHY is masculinity so fucking fragile? >_>

I don't care, I know I'm male and no one can tell me different. Why do people gatekeep masculinity? If I had to guess I'd say gender roles played a huge role in history and many people were brought up to believe in fulfilling them to the point of insecurity. That doesn't explain why it's unique to men though, for that I have no answer :/ Yeah, it's so weird.
