Topic	Why do I fall asleep so easily nowadays?

I'd be lying in bed with my eyes shut for at least half an hour, often 1-2, and unable to just fall asleep. Sometimes I'd be up so late that it would be pointless/impossible to get any sleep, so I'd just stay up and try to get through the day, then completely crash after I got home.
