Extremely potent. Basically instaneous healing. It's active in his Dragon Install, so it acts as a full heal, but otherwise not allowed for the same reasons Dante didn't get his.

As for me, my thoughts are as follows:

-2B doesn't play the range game. I played Automata, I read drama CDs and I watched her work in Final Fantasy XIV where she had a collab. Shooty shit is 9S' game unless a flight unit is involved. She does close range work. The pod is support, not a main method of combat.
-If 2B goes in she'll expect her Overclock to do great work, and Sol can likely fight through that. This will be a big blindside, and I don't think Overclocking works inside Overclock for retroactive timestops.
-Sol has a huge power advantage vs 2B's durability. She's tough, but one big hit is all he needs, and the two points above make me think he can get it.

Sol Badguy. It's a clean win but with support I would flip I think. If anyone was around to interfere Sol's game this would be a bad look.
