Like I don't want criminals just coming over as they please. My requirements I feel would be fair. No nefarious crimes like murder or rape. Maybe put a time cap where they've been crime free for x amount of time after said nefarious crime fine then they are good. (Idk about rapists though...) And I'd like an attempt at learning the native language. Learning a new language is hard so if they at least make the effort I'm good with that.
