Topic	Two areas in high risk for tornadoes today

NOAA is forecasting another round of severe weather on Tuesday. 30% chance over St. Louis, Kansas City, and Des Moines, at the moment. I expect the chance to upgrade over the coming days. A bigger part of the storm went south of us, didn't get much thankfully.
