I can see how me saying "most men are addicted to porn" or you saying "Porn has made a lot of men into a bad/selfish lovers" would very much feel like an attack on masculinity, which can be super fragile. I don't get it. If the shoe doesn't fit don't put it on. I don't sit there and be like "well I'm not like other girls" if someone is talking about "women are gold diggers" because it doesn't apply to me so I don't accept the label.
