I am 68 years old and until 2 years ago when my car was destroyed by vandals and made unrepairable I had owned a car since 1971. The only reason I haven't starved to death is thanks to New Hampshire caring for it's elders more than any other state I know of. We have a community action program (free with voluntary donations) for elderly and disabled people to get to doctors and groceries and the like.
