Did a 190 x 8, 205 x5, 220 x 3, and a 230 x 1 on bench today. Hit them all except for the 220 x 3.

Hit this today, improving everything by 5 pounds. Hell yeah.

Also hit everything on incline and decline, and everything else. Really good day for improvements. Squats improving, bench improving, time to find out tomorrow if deadlift is also on the upwards trend. I mean it should be. I don't know why I would be able to squat 300 and not do 300 on deadlift.
