There are SO MANY instances I've seen where people will tell you to "try this thing that you are absolutely not supposed to know to do following the logical progression" as your hint to progress. My main advice for it is to be observant and make sure you examine everything carefully, try to avoid brute forcing things if you have no clue about the answer and instead really think about cause and effect or look elsewhere for more options/information, and if something seems really challenging compared to the rest of the game, there could be an easier way to do it. --- "That is why war is so tragic.
