oh there is one other situation this hurts for Kitty: Sinister London, Bar Sinister, and Cloning Vats would create enough clones that you usually didn't want to pull every single one back every turn. I imagine they return to hand in the order they were played and she'll stay if your hand is full, which means it'll be harder to pump any specific Kitty up in those situations. But honestly she was probably overpowered with those locations to begin with.

Ah, I doubt this is 100% confirmed but one more likely nerf is from that one weird Wave interaction she had; based on the devs' explanation of why that worked before (it had to do with the card starting the turn on the board) I'm guessing it won't happen anymore since she starts the turn back in your hand.
