Nemesis doesn't have a fixed pattern but does have a few rules. In particular, he won't use Ethereal Cannon or Ultra Spark twice without using the other one inbetween; and he always uses at least one regular attack after Ultra Spark before he uses Ethereal Cannon again. Ethereal Cannon always comes before Ultra Spark at the start of a battle. He can insert additional physical attacks at any time he wants, though. There are also rules to determine when he'll use Armageddon, but while I recall the general concept of it (he has an invisible counter that gains a certian number of points each time he attacks, with physicals being worth a bit more than EC / US, and uses Armageddon when it reaches a certian value), I don't recall the exact numbers off hand.
