| s0nicfan 04/21/23 11:11:13 AM #2: | On the off chance you're not aware, kishimoto recently took over writing duties from the boruto author within the last year or so which might help explain the shift in writing. Edit: and actually, also in case you weren't aware, boruto was historically not written by Naruto's actual author. It was being done by an editor or someone that kishimoto knew, but if the writing seemed like fanfiction it's because it was basically fanfiction.
