Nightwing hasn't featured in a movie but Dick Grayson obviously has (a couple, in fact) so I don't know if I'd count him despite the fact that he's been not-Robin almost as long as he was Robin. We'll certainly see him again, it's just a matter of when imo.

Likewise, I think we'll eventually get another Green Lantern movie that will feature one of the other human GLs besides Hal Jordan.

As for characters that will likely never make it to film, the Anti-Monitor and Superboy Prime are probably not going to happen. Likewise, I doubt Sentry will make it into movies, at least any time soon. The foreseeable issue is that each of those characters is best known for planet/universe/time-continuum shattering events that featured crossovers from lots of characters in their respective continuities, however I don't think we'll get any more "Super Team" movies for a good while, if ever again.

I would never say "never" to any of these guys showing up, but I'm skeptical that any of them will unless they stop making these flicks for a while. I feel that the cinematic landscape of the genera is too cluttered at the moment and by the time you'd establish enough characters to feasibly adapt any of those guys, people may very well be completely burned out, even long time fans.
