There's a shitload of regions in Mexico that all have their own cuisines, you saying something ignorant like "it's only authentic if you use Oaxacan cheese" is more fucked up than white people that say they like Mexican but only eat taco bell because you're trying to act like you're better than them, but only showing your ass in doing so. --- *runs out of topic naked* ...
